Arrange a Consultation

Planning

Upon your visit to the showroom, or enquiry by phone call or email, a personalised consultation with our designer will take place.

Our designer’s take the time to understand the clients needs and requirements from the very outset. Listening to their considerations within the design process, while offering a practical and functional product at the same time.

We are passionate and dedicated in creating the best for our clients.

Following your initial consultation an appointment can be made to visit you at the property running through a design brief where your first site survey will take place. The information gathered from this meeting will allow a plan and design to be produced.

Design

Design presentations will usually take place at our Deansbury showroom, where the designer will go through the plans, elevations and 3D visuals of your project.

You will be able to look through our range of products and sample displays including handles, paint colours and various appliances.

Any amendments to the design will happen during the development process which will be re-quoted and presented for final design agreements.

Manufacturing

Once you have confirmed to go ahead with the final design of your project, we can produce electric and plumbing plans that suit the design layout at which point a final site survey will be carried out by our fitter and designer at your property where any finer details and confirmations for the designs will be made.

This site survey will be used to finalise production for your Cabinetry, where it will go into manufacturing at our workshop here in Northallerton, where it can be viewed through our viewing window.

Our Installation team take the up most care within our clients home, with the finest attention to detail trying to make the process as least disruptive for you as possible.

Once Installation is completed, we offer superb customer service and support to you should it be required.
