When a client contacts us either by phone, email or by visiting our showroom, we always arrange to visit them and discuss their needs as well as take measurements of the space. The purpose of this informal meeting is to define a clear and comprehensive brief.
The next stage is to produce plans and elevations of our proposed kitchen design and to source any appliances required in order to formulate a quotation.
Once the client has approved the design and the final price has been agreed, the production and installation date can be confirmed. Our team will manage the whole process, co-ordinating the deliveries, tradesmen, and ensuring that the site has been cleaned at the end of each working day.
